Because A-listers like Gwyneth Paltrow and Kylie Jenner drink cupfuls of the gelatinous soup as part of their diets, the broth of bones is known as Hollywood’s liquid gold. However, what’s the big deal about drinking soup?
It turns out that bone broth has more health benefits than your average chicken noodle soup, as it is an elixir full of beneficial elements.
Science says that the minerals calcium, magnesium, and potassium found in bones are necessary to keep our own bones healthy. In addition, collagen-rich broth is an effective remedy for skin, hair, and nails.Additionally, it has a high vitamin B12 and
vitamin D, helpful in improving immunological defenses.
Despite being a superfood in and of itself, certified nutritionist Ryan Lambert maintains that people shouldn’t expect to live off bone broth; instead, they should incorporate it into their important meals or sip it warm and soothing in between.
Lambert states, “It’s critical to have variety in our diet, so it’s important to have a variety of meals and foods throughout the week,” according to Health Meg. Why not include bone broth in your diet as a warm, comforting beverage or as a component of your mandatory meal?”
